THREE industrial office warehouse and manufacturing facilities in Melbourne’s south eastern suburb of Dandenong have sold to owner occupiers for a total of $4.455 million.
Crabtrees Real Estate selling agent Tony Aminian said a near new office and manufacturing complex at 1 Quality Drive has sold for $2.2 million to an undisclosed owner occupier. The building was previously occupied by Wainwright Engineering and includes 635 sqm of offices over two levels with a factory area of 1,743 sqm and is adjoined by ample car parking on the 2,378 sqm site.
At Unit 1, 9 Monterey Rd another office-warehouse building totalling 1,964 sqm has been sold for $1.6 million to an existing owner in the same 10-unit complex that will use the premises to accommodate their business growth in the spa industry. The building will be occupied until February next year by the sitting tenant Hardy Spicer, who will relocate to a new purpose built facility also in the local Dandenong area.
And at 15 Dingley Avenue, a 718 sqm property, inclusive of 70 sqm of offices with an adjacent showroom and warehouse has been purchased by an importing business for $655,000.
“The vendor is a cabinet making business who is relocating and one of its features is the location which allows easy access to Cheltenham Rd and its junction with Eastlink,” Aminian said.
