KORDAMentha has put the famous Fernhill estate formerly owned by failed property developer Warren Anderson on the market, after Anderson moved out.
Colliers International NSW development director of residential Guillaume Volz, who is handling the campaign, said the property has drawn widespread interest from developers, high net worth individuals and horse racing identities both within Australia, Europe and Asia.
The holding comprises 15 lots totalling 653 ha of which 404 ha form part of Fernhill, a 1840s colonial estate in Sydney’s Mulgoa.
“Buyers’ interest since the property was first listed has been very strong, however Anderson’s occupation caused difficulties with inspections.
“Now he has left, parties can progress their interest in the knowledge that vacant possession is assured. Fernhill will be sold and the mansion will remain part of New South Wales’ remarkable history,” he added.
