A MEDICAL clinic at Mooroolbark, approximately 31km east of the Melbourne CBD, has sold for $4.15 million on a 7.2% yield.
CVA Property Consultants Christopher Anderson and Ian Angelico sold the property, leased to Mooroolbark Superclinic Pty Ltd on a term of 10 years plus 10 years, which in March this year.
The property returns $300,000.00 per annum with annual rental increases.
Mooroolbark Superclinic is a division of Sonic Healthcare, one of the world’s largest medical diagnostics companies.
This brand new medical clinic features 590 sqm of space with a permit for 10 medical practitioners.
