AN owner occupier has paid $1.28 million for a two-storey warehouse and office facility at Port Melbourne.
CRS Property’s Lou Montalti and Ross Mercorillo handled the sale of the property at 216 Lorimer St, located within the established fisherman’s bend commercial and industrial precinct.
The property was sold with vacant possession.
Montalti said the sale price represents a rate of $2,300 per sqm.
The 550 sqm building comprises a first floor office, high clearance warehouse with hardstand and parking on a land area of 667 sqm, which is zoned commercial 2.
