THE management at Ausbuild has undergone a major renovation since the company was renamed from Ray White Homes in 1988.
Ausbuild was established in 1988 by Ron Loney and Graham Bell and in the management changes, Loney will become chief executive of the Ausbuild Group whilst Bell will manage the continued expansion of the housing division as joint managing director of Ausbuild Homes.
Ausbuild’s development division will have a become Ausbuild Land and will be headed by joint managing directors Matthew and Michael Loney, who will also become directors of the Ausbuild Group.
Meanwhile sales and marketing director Colin Law has been appointed joint managing director of Ausbuild Homes in conjunction with Bell.
Matthew Bell who had been managing Ausbuild’s sales and leading the company’s product development program, has been appointed sales and business development director and a director of the Ausbuild Group.
Senior sales consultant Michael Nancarrow has been appointed sales manager for Brisbane Northside and the Sunshine Coast.
