FAR East Consortium has awarded Probuild the contract to deliver the $500 million plus ‘The Towers’ development at Perth’s Elizabeth Quay.
The development will comprise a Ritz-Carlton Hotel and apartment tower.
Probuild managing director Simon Gray said design work would begin immediately.
“We’re thrilled to be working on this iconic Perth development with our client, Far East Consortium.
“The Towers was one of Western Australia’s most sought after construction jobs and Probuild was chosen because we have the resources and the capacity to deliver on major projects with excellent commercial outcomes.” Gray said.
Following design works Probuild expects to begin site works in late June 2016, with work expected to be completed in 2019.
