A 26,995ha Tullochard cattle and sheep breeding property in Queensland has changed hands in a mortgagee in possession sale.
The site, located 120km south of Mitchell, was sold under the hammer for $1.8 million, by LJ Hooker Roma agents Ian Bassett and Robert Brown to Nigel and Wendy Steinohrt, on behalf of the mortgagee in possession.
Improvements include a homestead, quarters, sheds, including a raised board steel shearing shed, and cattle yards.
The sale price reflected around $67 per ha.
