A FULLY-leased Yatala industrial property on the Gold Coast has sold for $4.4 million on a yield of 7.2% to a private investor.
The 4,400 sqm site at 26-30 Access Avenue comprises a 3,056sqm building split over tenancies, with 61 car parks on its basement and ground levels.
Tenants include HiSpec Industrial and The Rack’nStack Warehouse with a WALE of four years.
Colliers International agents Pat Cavanagh and Daniel Coburn negotiated the deal.
