PROPERTY development and funds management business Open Corp has leased 1,200sqm of modern office space at Wheelers Hill in the Melbourne’s east.
The six-year deal for Level 2, 2 Brandon Park Drive in Wheelers Hill corporate centre Hallmarc was negotiated by JLL’s Josh Tebb at $300 per sqm net.
“Open Corp were seeking a premises which reflected their corporate brand and were keen to remain within the existing precinct. A significant fit-out upgrade will be completed prior to the commencement of their tenancy,” Tebb said.
