PHILEO Australia has sold its Rocklea Homemaker Centre in Bendigo for $35 million.
The site, at 239-249 High Street (Calder Highway) covers more than 18,300sqm, features a large frontage and 530 car parks.
It completed a 5,700sqm expansion of the complex last year.
The centre includes national brands Fantastic Furniture, Baby Bunting, Focus on Furniture, Lincraft, Adairs, Early Settler, BCF, Howard Storage World, Pillow Talk, Pets Domain and Anytime Fitness.
