CHINESE developer Dahua Group has bought up three development sites in Melbourne’s western growth suburb of Point Cook for around $350 million.
The three sites offer a combined potential of 3,000 housing lots.
They comprise 103-hectare 50A Hacketts Road, which sold for around $200 million and can accommodate up to 1,800 lots; and a 41-hectare site on Aviation Road for more than $80 million and a Point Cook Road site for nearly $75 million, both with 650 lots.
