MELBOURNE-based investment firm Marks Henderson has bought a Surry Hills office building for $13.1 million on a 6.5% yield.
The 43-51 Brisbane St Surry Hills property in Sydney’s affluent inner east, was sold with a lease to architects Bates Smart until January 2024.
In other Sydney deals, developer Collingwood House Group has paid $10.75 million for a 12-unit apartment block at 10-12 Clyde Avenue, Cronulla and $6.88 million for a warehouse at 556-558 Botany Road, Alexandria.
Finally Tae Kwon Do Australia acquired a property at 47-51 Unwins Bridge Rd Sydenham for $5.1 million at yield of 3.53%.
