ZEPHYR Loungewear has leased a retail store in Noosaville on the Sunshine Coast.
Zephyr has taken up a 204 sqm tenancy in the former Timbuktu to Kathmandhu shop at 50 Mary St Noosaville, in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial’s David Brinkley.
Zephyr has taken out a 3 + 3 + 3-year lease at net rental of $70,000 per annum.
Brinkley said when Timbuktu to Kathmandu’s owners decided to close the business and move onto other things they asked him to look for a suitable replacement tenant who could make good use of the building they constructed and occupied for many years.
“I’ve been approached by multiple buyers over the years who just love the position and uniqueness of the building. When I listed the property for lease I had multiple tenants contacting me and buyers as well,” Brinkley said.
