THE Western House building at 460 Collins St in Melbourne’s CBD is fully leased after securing Austin Education as a tenant.
Austin Education has signed a lease over 170sqm on Level 2 on a three-year term at $63,750 per annum gross plus GST.
Fitzroys’ Stephen Land negotiated the deal and said this transaction brings the building’s current occupancy rate to 100% after Fitzroys also successfully negotiated leased of Part Level 3 and the whole of Levels 7 and 8 last year.
“Those deals saw online video communication services group Redback Conferencing take Level 7, business consultants Charter Mason take Level 8 and builders Hickory Group part of Level 3,” Lang said.
The nine-level Western House building is anchored by National Australia Bank on the ground floor, with the upper floors comprising office space, including an office on the rooftop that was previously the caretaker’s residence.
