THE last two of five blocks at the 183-225 Canterbury Road industrial estate in Bayswater North have been sold for $3.245 million.
The sale of the two blocks of 4,214sqm and 4,372sqm followed the three other blocks in the estate transacting for a combined $5.91 million. Prices ranged from $315 per sqm to $533 per sqm.
CVA’s Ian Angelico and Stan Dawidowski sold the property on behalf of vendors who originally the purchased the site in the 1950s.
It is located on the south-west corner of the Canterbury Road and Dorset Road intersection and is adjacent to Officeworks, Petbarn, Super Cheap Auto and Bunnings.
CVA has just released a 24-lot industrial land subdivision within the estate, with three having already sold. Lots range from 2,000sqm to 20,000sqm.
