SAVILLS has relocated its offices in Canberra to accommodate the agency’s growing team.
The new open plan offices located on Level 7, 54 Marcus Clarke St, can accommodate 19 people and includes a boardroom, two smaller meeting rooms and collaboration area.
Savills Canberra MD Andrew Stewart said the new accommodation suits the agency’s growth strategy as it looks for new recruits.
“The move into the city from Barton heralds a change in direction with a strong desire to grow the business to be a major competitor in the Canberra commercial real estate market,” he added.
Stewart commenced at Savills in mid-2017 and was joined by director of office leasing Pip Doogan, adding to the existing senior team of Phil Harding in valuations & Lee-Anne Hobbs in property management.
