The 15 Price Street property has a main building of 720 sqm, with a 5.9-metre clearance warehouse with roller door access 430 sqm of office space.
It also has multiple sheds, cantilevered carport, wash bay and extensive hardstand.
Zoned Light Industrial 1, the site offers potential for subdivision or further development for retail and industrial use. Tenants in the area include industrial engineers, repairers and a furniture retailer.
