A STRATA office in Melbourne’s Docklands with water views has sold for $1.65 million after attracting interest from local owner occupiers and overseas private investors.
Part Level 8, 401 Docklands Drive is within the Aquavista Tower and sold via private sale.
Colliers International’s Anthony Kirwan and Chris Ling, with Robert Heath of All Commercial, have been marketed the 339 sqm Level 8 premises, which cover six adjoining titles and have a four-year lease with a three-year option to Water Services Association Australia, returning $173,791.48 per annum plus GST.
“Astute investors and small to medium-sized business continue to flock to Docklands, attracted by positive investment yields and affordable per sqm rates when compared to the CBD,” the agents said.
