It has 39 on-site parking spaces and is next door to the landmark seven-level, 1,695 sqm commercial building The Exchange, which is on a 1,080 sqm site at 106 City Road and sold for $3.85 million in 2016.
The site is positioned just off the Pacific Motorway in the City of Logan, between Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
