Gross Waddell’s Michael Gross and Alex Ham sold 76 Williams Road, which is zoned Residential Growth 2 and encompasses 975 sqm, with two street frontages to Williams Road and Russell Street.
The property sold with five two-bedroom apartments and a short-term income of $98,016 per annum, with the sale price reflecting a 2.7% yield.
