Unit 12/3 Box Road was sold by Hayden Bennett and Damen Astey of Commercial Property Group following an auction campaign that attracted 48 enquiries.
Zoned B7 – Business Park, it has 514 sqm of warehouse space and a 100 sqm office with five car spaces. Seed Investments Pty Ltd has a lease over 100 sqm and one parking space until the end of June 2020, currently returning $23,636.40 per annum gross plus GST.
The sale price reflected a building rate of $3,705 per sqm.
The property is located within the Caringbah commercial and industrial precinct, and near Taren Point Road.
