CVA’s John Nockles negotiated the sale of 16/20 Duerdin Street in Melbourne’s south-east. The property has 305 sqm of ground and first floor office area including seven partitioned offices, reception area and boardroom, as well as a 60 sqm warehouse and storage area.
It has six on-site car parks and is located within a business park close to Monash University and Blackburn Road.
