AN industrial site of 1,518 sqm in Sydney’s northern beaches suburb of Mona Vale has traded for $2.52 million at auction.
Zoned IN2 – Light Industrial, 97 Darley Street has two freestanding buildings, a street-front showroom and rear workshop, of a combined 244 sqm, and on-site parking.
It sold with a lease running until January 2020.
David Haynes and Nick Masselos of Northern Beaches Commercial marketed the asset, which was auctioned by Jesse Davidson of Auctionworks.
