A CLEARED development site in Sydney’s south-west suburb of Roselands, with approval for nine townhouses and villas, has sold under the hammer for $3.36 million after being listed by receivers and managers.
Raine & Horne Commercial’s Nicholas Smith and Diana Prineas marketed the 2,277.5 sqm site at 117-119 Stoddart Street, which is zoned R3 Medium Density Residential and has seven of the townhouses already sold off the plan.
It was offered with the potential for alternative development opportunities, including a child care centre.
The site is located close to King Georges Road and the South Western Motorway.
Jesse Davidson of Auctionworks auctioned the property.
