Lot 4, 741 Pacific Highway has a 7.8-metre frontage and adjoins restaurants in the mixed-use complex, and was offered with an outdoor dining area over common property and an on-site parking space. The building is opposite Gordon train station.
Greg May and Lindsay Sturrock of Laing+Simmons Commercial marketed the property, which was auctioned by Jesse Davidson of Auctionworks.
