LJ Hooker Commercial Sydney and North Sydney are set to merge with Stanton Hillier Parker commercial property agency, rebranding this month.
The merger will be led by James Griffith, managing director Steven Kruyer and Shane Wall, senior directors.
“As businesses continue to evolve in this post-COVID world, we want to continue developing our network, technology and reach. Stanton Hillier Parker ticks all the boxes with their forward thinking approach,” said Griffiths.
This will be Stanton Hillier Parker’s third expansion this year, with this merger allowing the agency to establish itself in the Sydney CBD and North Sydney, while also taking the team to 30 personnel across the three Sydney offices.
“There’s a lot to admire and learn and its exciting expanding to this next chapter with Stanton Hillier Parker. It’s refreshing working with a brand that upholds history and integrity
within the commercial property market but also allows agents to do what they know best,” said Kruyer.
Stanton Hillier Parker, has also proposed further expansion opportunities, with Wall emphasising the need for commercial agencies to remain efficient and up to date in keeping up with a changing market.
“As commercial agents we are focused on the customer experience and ensuring our service levels are premium and unrivalled – Stanton Hillier Parker allows our team to put the clients first, to focus on their transactions so it was a wise step for us in making the switch,” added Wall.
The commercial agency relaunched in Australia two years ago, with plans to create a new model on a global platform that would allow operators to work individually under a one corporate platform.
“Under a globally recognised brand, we offer a truly unique commercial agency model. This model is capable of disrupting the current commercial property agency market, by returning value to the agent previously given to large corporates or franchisors,” said Eugene Evgenikos, managing partner for Stanton Hillier Parker, Australia.
