ALLIANCE Project Group has been appointed to deliver KWG Australia’s $300 million Castle Island residential project, in a construction contract reportedly valued in excess of $100 million.
KWG’s project in the former Castle Hill’s Showgrounds precinct in Sydney’s north-west, around 30km from the CBD and 9.5km from Parramatta, will in its first stage comprise 108 apartments spanning three towers.
The Castle Island is targeting a broad range of buyers including first home buyers, small families and local downsizers, with the expansive one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment offerings.
The master-planned development is set to be delivered across three stages, with a design conspired in collaboration between local and international firms Giles Tribe Architects, Hong Kong-based DLN, and ARVA. While interiors at Castle Hill have been devised by Glyph Studio, a Canadian design practice.
“The finishes and features at Castle Island set a new benchmark for luxurious residential living in The Hills district ensuring that the finishes remain timeless for future occupiers,” said Eddie Mansour, managing partner at Ray White Projects.
The project will been purpose-built on an island site, in order to maximise both light and space, with alfresco spaces merging indoor and outdoor zones.
“Amenities being offered ensure that all residents have maximum enjoyment whilst maintaining low body corporate levies,” added Mansour.
Apartments will be priced from $610,000 for a one-bedroom apartment to $1.8 million for a three-bedroom plus multi-purpose bonus room.
Alliance is due to begin construction works on Castle Island imminently, with completion scheduled for early-2024.
“Our team is highly competent, efficient and well equipped for the task. We have delivered several similarly complex residential projects and have no doubt Castle Island will be crafted to an exceptional standard,” said Rouad Elayoubi, managing director of Alliance.
