BRISBANE’S largest penthouse has hit the luxury real estate market and is set to excite many buyers.
It is located within the $150 million Rivello apartment building in Hamilton, Brisbane and is priced at $7.125 million. It spans 562sqm on the 17th floor and containing extensive views of the Brisbane River and CBD.
The penthouse has features that some top luxury hotels would dream of. With five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms, the residence is also home to a gym, cinema, office, wine cellar, wet bar, fireplace, three-car garage and multiple balconies – one of which covers the entire river frontage.
Rivello construction is well underway with works expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2024. Brookfield Residential Properties are developing the project which features 147 apartments – a mix of one, two and three-bedroom – along with four sub-penthouses and two opulent penthouses.
The apartment complex will undoubtedly provide the feeling of living in a resort. Spaces for entertaining and relaxation such as an infinity-edge roof top pool and spa, sauna and steam rooms ensure that. There is also access to a kitchen and bar, a residents’ lounge, wine cellar, business centre, outdoor gardens and barbecue areas.
Brookfield Residential Properties’ managing director, Lee Butterworth said the penthouse hitting the market is a major milestone for the development, with all other apartments already sold.
“We’ve seen massive demand from buyers for these penthouses, sub-penthouses and apartments which is due to the exceptional amenities available for owners as well as the stunning location, just six kilometres from the Brisbane CBD,” he said.
“It is very rare for properties of this calibre to be released to the market and that’s why we’re expecting strong interest from a broad range of buyers.”
YPM Group are managing the sale of the penthouse. Managing director Bryce O’Connor said this penthouse brings to market a rare opportunity that’s incomparable on the current market.
“This apartment represents an opportunity to acquire a house-size apartment in Hamilton and at the doorstep of premier riverfront urban destination Portside Wharf, which is set to undergo an extensive makeover,” O’Connor said.
“We’re expecting broad-ranging interest from buyers, particularly from those who want a spacious home without the maintenance that comes with it.”
“The beauty of Rivello is it offers a wide array of fantastic onsite facilities, while featuring an appealing ‘boutique’ character,” he added.
