DEVELOPER Oakridge Property Group has unveiled a new 144-apartment project in Brisbane’s Upper Mount Gravatt, Pavilion The Residences.
Oakridge recently received development application approval Pavilion The Residences, which will comprise three five-storey buildings, located within 15 minutes of the Brisbane CBD.
Pavilion will offer a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with 700sqm of landscaped gardens and resident amenities including a swimming pool, BBQ area, water feature and secluded garden rooms.
Oakridge will again partner with CS Development Group at the new project, which has been designed by MAS Architecture Studio with interior design by Corner iD.
Position Property has been appointed as the exclusive agent for the project, after a successful partnership at Oakridge’s Lumina and The Addison.
Upper Mount Gravatt has experienced an almost 20% increase in population between 2014 and 2021, according to Australian Bureau of Statistics data.
With the median price for units in the suburb increasing by 8.5% in the 12 months to July 2023, according to Real Estate Institute of Queensland figures.
Meanwhile, construction at Oakridge’s construction at luxury Lumina development in Stones Corner has officially commenced, following the recent completion of demolition works at the site.
The latest in a series of new residential developments in the Stones Corner urban village, Lumina will also see a partnership with developer and builder CS Development Group.
“We have been delighted with the success of Lumina, which has struck a chord with everyone from young professionals buying their first home, to downsizers looking for an easier lifestyle close to everything they need and local investors wanting to maximise the strong market drivers,” Andrew Niven, director at Oakridge.
“The start of construction is an important milestone for us, especially in the current climate of challenging construction costs.”
“We’ve taken the valuable market feedback from the Lumina sales campaign to inform the apartment mix and design at Pavilion, ensuring it aligns with what buyers are seeking.”
Oakridge is currently seeking early expressions of interest in Pavilion ahead of an official sales launch led by Position Property in the coming months.
