PROPERTY developer Sherpa has added another property to its Gold Coast portfolio with the acquisition of an amalgamated site in Palm Beach.
The amalgamated 1,215sqm site across 8-12 Sixth Avenue in Palm Beach, around 19km out from Surfers Paradise.
“This acquisition represents an investment that Sherpa is making into a region that it sees significant value in. It’s an exciting opportunity to create something that will withstand the test of time,” said Daniel Clarke, general manager at Sherpa.
“We’re excited to bring new product to the market, different to the known and loved Sherpa brand, but set to be a crowd favourite nonetheless.”
Sherpa has previously completed two projects in Palm Beach over the last three years with the successful runs at its most recent Gold Coast projects, in Biggera Waters and Mermaid Beach, in addition to its under construction Perspective Nexus.
“This unique product that we’re introducing to Palm Beach will allow us to connect with new demographics that have been waiting for the perfect residential opportunity that meet their needs,” added Clarke.
“Remaining in true alignment with Sherpa’s less is more ethos, this new project will do exactly that, but with a twist.”
The new site sits within close proximity of surf beaches, parks and the Palm Beach café and dining precinct.
Sherpa has completed 10 projects on the Gold Coast over the past six years, with four currently in its pipeline.
While last month, Sherpa Property Group was given the green light for a new residential project on Chevron Island, Perspective Helm.
The project at Sixth Avenue is set to launch to market in 2025.
