Forty acres of land zoned for commercial use on the outskirts of Edmonton are on the block for $15m, Green Street News can reveal.
The land, at 53211 Range Road 263 in Parkland County, Alta., generates $2,400 annually from crop leases. Permitted uses include malls and gas stations.

The land has forested and cleared portions. The private seller is willing to finance up to 75% of the sale price for a qualified buyer.
About 20 km west of downtown Edmonton, the land is 2 km north of the Acheson area and less than a kilometre from Highway 16. It’s close to the Ranch Golf and Country Club and the Ellis industrial park.
