GOLD Coast developer Alroe has released the remaining apartments at its $31 million Mermaid Beach project, The Finn.
The Finn features eight villas with floor plans ranging from 220sqm to 390sqm and each comprising three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a home office. With prices starting at $3.465 million.
Each villa also includes private pools and courtyards, while the two penthouses include exclusive rooftop terraces with pools and spas.
“We’re proud to publicly release the remaining apartments of The Finn, a testament to our commitment to delivering premium boutique residences that cater to a niche market. Our initial success highlights a strong demand for luxury downsizing options in prime locations like Mermaid Beach and affirms the exceptional quality of our offerings,” said Tye Alroe, CEO at Alroe.
“We have tapped into a significant market for luxury downsizers who don’t necessarily want to move into large high-rise projects but want to relocate from homes into luxury, well-appointed residences in central locations like Main Beach and Mermaid Beach.”
“Following the success of our initial launch, we are confident that The Finn will continue to meet the market’s demand for outstanding residential offerings,” added Alroe.
“This strategic release aligns with our goal to offer sophisticated residential solutions, setting us apart from larger high-rise developments that face increasing challenges.”
