APJ is developing these alongside joint venture partners, which will enhance APJ’s subscribers’ view of the property world.
“Over the past 15 years, APJ grown into Australia’s leading independent property news website, delivering daily news better than any other organisation in Australia,” APJ Publisher and Editor, Nelson Yap said.
“Each of these new ventures will have their own standalone apps and websites, and will also be available through APJ and Asia Property Journal,” he added.
Yap said LANDVal ®, Asia Property Journal; APJ Commercial and APJ residential have been in development for the past six months.
“Most of our early work on these new products has gone into securing the intellectual property rights to all our brands and we intend launching them on a staggered basis into the Australian and Asia property markets,” he said.
“We are in early discussions with a number of groups, and we are looking forward to hear from groups in Australia and across Asia that can bring their expertise to making each of these products the best available in the Australian and Asia property and financial markets.”
