MAJOR Asian food importers Ettason Pty Ltd has bought a large industrial complex in Dandenong South in Melbourne's south east.
The two buildings on the site have areas of 3,080 and 1,650 sqm of warehousing with attached offices. Previously occupied by packaging company Safepak, the Dandenong South property was sold on a six month settlement to facilitate relocation.
Ettason first bought a large industrial complex comprising two buildings with an area of 4,460 sqm on a 8,480 sqm site at 25-27 Elliott Road in Dandenong South in August last year for $4 million and the company has now sold its original building to facilitate the relocation.
Crabtrees Real Estate agents Andrew Smith and Matthew Marenko negotiated both deals.
