CONSTRUCTION has started on Australand's $400 million Hamilton Reach in Brisbane's Northshore Riverside precinct.
More than 60% of the project have been sold and Australand is about to start work on the Green Quarter – the second release at Hamilton Reach.
Australand’s Queensland residential division general manager said Hamilton Reach has generated a high level of interest due to its sought-after low to medium density masterplan, diverse and considered product and its unrivalled riverfront location.
Sales of apartments have reached over $30 million whilst more than $7 million in terrace homes have been sold.
ULDA urban development director Matt Leyshon said Northshore Hamilton is currently undergoing the biggest urban renewal in Brisbane’s history and Australand’s Hamilton Reach is a significant part of the precinct’s transformation.
