CBRE’s David Aiello and Stephen Adgemis negotiated the long term lease for Building B, 47-69 Pound Rd West, which was previously occupied by QLS Logistics.
Aiello said Award Brands intended to consolidate its existing facilities at Knoxfield and Rowville to accommodate its continued business expansion and recent acquisition of the Novelli company.
Dexus executive general manager, office & industrial, Kevin George said this latest commitment demonstrates the attractiveness of the core south-east industrial market as a preferred location for high volume, transport and logistics operators.
