Baker Real Estate has entered into the commercial real estate market with the creation of a new division.
Baker’s commercial division will offer market analysis, strategic guidance and sales services. The Toronto-based firm has signed over $500m in new commercial products for the new business. Linda Ta will serve as vice president, while Meet Juneja will join as a director.
The firm’s expansion follows the launch of its purpose-built rental division in November.
Baker Real Estate is a Canadian pre-construction condominium marketing company, with offices in Toronto, Montréal and Vancouver.
