WELL known Melbourne commercial agent Clinton Baxter has moved from Knight Frank to Savills.
Baxter has been appointed as the new head of city sales and investments with a focus on expanding Savills’ market share in city and fringe investment sales, primarily in the sub $50 million price range.
Baxter has been a dominant figure in the CBD markets, averaging sales of $150 million plus per annum over the past nine years.
Savills’ Australia (Vic) managing director Dominic Long said appointment was a huge coup and signifies another major step in what has been an impressive growth.
“His mandate will also be about broadening Savill’s sales reach beyond the CBD and to quickly grow a highly successful sales team,” Long said.
