The park, at 7 King Edward Street, will be completed this year and is zoned for light industrial and business uses. Available units range from 8,000 sq ft to 14,000 sq ft, with prices from around $680/sq ft to $725/sq ft.
The units have warehouses with 28 ft ceilings, each equipped with dock and at-grade loading doors and two skylights.
