A VACANT floor in Berger House at 82 Elizabeth Street in Sydney’s CBD has sold at auction for $2.4 million.
Jonathon Bull and Tim Noonan of Noonan Property handled the marketing campaign, representing the first time the floor had been put up for sale in around 40 years.
The fitted-out 217 sqm fifth floor has a 25-metre frontage with east and west-facing windows.
Berger House adjoins the King & Phillip Residences and is located close to Queen’s Square and Martin Place.
Auctionworks’ Jesse Davidson auctioned the property.
Noonan Property recently close an expressions of interest campaign for the sale of levels 2, 3, 4, 7 and 14 of the building on behalf of Property NSW, each offered with vacant possession.
