A BRISBANE developer has snapped up a 2,506 sqm former BP service station in Capalaba East for $3.65 million.
The sale of the vacant 202-212 Old Cleveland Rd site was negotiated by Knight Frank’s Jason March on behalf of a private vendor.
The property was sold with a frontage of around 40-metres to the major arterial road, which links the city to its Bayside suburbs, and includes a fully automated eight lanes for refuelling and 20 fuel hoses, a large fuel canopy, a fully automated car wash and two vacuum machines.
