BUILD Environs Pty Ltd has leased a converted red brick, saw-toothed warehouse in Adelaide’s Wakefield Street for its new offices.
SAVILLS agents Adam Hartley and Zandra McGee negotiated the five-year lease for 161 Wakefield Street in eastern part of the CBD.
Whilst Built Environs will reconfigure the 661.4 sqm space slightly, Hartley said the existing fit-out is a mixture of meeting rooms, offices and a large open plan area with data caballing to workstations, and provided for a quick and cost effective relocation which was a huge selling point.
McGee said the tenant was initially drawn to the building because of its “refurbished red-brick warehouse flair, which is in high demand in the leasing market at the moment”.
