A CIRCULAR Quay office suite positioned metres from the Sydney Opera House and overlooking Sydney Harbour has sold under the hammer $2.1 million, at a floor rate of $21,875 per sqm.
Noonan Property’s Tim Noonan and Jonathon Bull marketed Suite 3 at 3B Macquarie Street, part of the Bennelong Office Suites, which was auctioned by Jesse Davidson of Auctionworks.
It sold with a short-term tenancy expiring in 2019.
