Haran Paheerathan of Taylor Nicholas market 437-441 Pacific Highway, which was auctioned by Jesse Davidson on Auctionworks.
Zoned B4 Mixed Use, the 835 sqm building in Sydney’s north shore is on a 467 sqm site and is configured with nine tenancies.
It offers a 30-metre frontage to the Pacific Highway and is less than 100 metres from the future Crows Nest Sydney Metro Station and proposed 27-storey mixed-use towers.
Current tenants include Dynamic Pilates, Bijan Rugs, barber and shoe repairer on the ground floor, and Crows Nest Dance Centre above. Some space is vacant.
