DESPITE COVID-19, Sekisui House Australia has seen a 97% increase in sales from May to August, compared to the same period in 2019 in their master-planned community, The Hermitage.
In light of these strong sales numbers, Sekisui House Australia has released 21 additional split-level ‘SHAWOOD’ terrace homes, as well as six detached homes in The Hermitage at Gledswood Hills, known as Aspect.
13 of these 21 terraces homes have now been sold, priced from $699,000, as well as 3 of the 6 detached homes, priced from $893,000.
“Buyers seem to be showing an encouraging level of confidence in the South West Sydney market and are eager to secure property within this expanding region,” said Craig Barnes, sales and marketing director at Sekisui House Australia.
The three-bedroom terrace homes will offer integrated living zones and garage car parking, while prioritising Sekisui House’s key home design principles, “health and wellbeing, thermal comfort, acoustic comfort, passive design and energy efficiency to ensure the optimal living experience.”
They will also feature cross ventilation, natural light, premium appointments and sustainable features.
“We are constantly testing new innovations in home design and are proud to be offering our first ever SHAWOOD split-level terrace homes in Australia. These uniquely designed residences offer distinct architectural diversity to the market catering to a broad demographic, whilst still being within an accessible price point for astute first homebuyers,” said Barnes.
The master-planned community sits next to Greg Norman Golf Course, with close proximity to Gledswood Hills Primary School and the proposed Gledswood Village.
The Hermitage is also 8km from Leppington train station, with close access to the South West rail link and 15km away from the planned Western Sydney Airport.
The release is being brought forward from the previously planned 2021 date.
