KEYLIN has had consecutive sell-out successes in Hope Island on the Gold Coast, reaching sold out status at all five stages of its Park Cove community and its Palladium villa collection.
After the release of its last stage, the Brisbane-based developers have seen the entirety of of its Gold Coast luxury Park Cove master planned community snapped up.
Park Cove, at 27 – 31 Sickle Avenue, which is comprised of 80 villas, 31 parkside terraces and 16 waterfront homes, was first launched by the Brisbane based developers in November 2016.
“We have been developing the master-planned Park Cove community for the past four years and are excited be in the process establishing the community as far as residents go,” said Louis Cheung, director of Keylin.
Residents will benefit from proximity to three-hectares of parkland, as well as a healthy offering of retail, hospitality and lifestyle facilities, as well as an outdoor entertainment area with picnic, pool and bbq within the community.
“With limited opportunity remaining for buyers on the Gold Coast to secure land in the area, Park Cove has exceeded our expectations for how well each stage was received by buyers,” said Mr Ashwin.
Keylin’s waterfront residential project, Palladium, also sold all 39 of its luxury villas in line with the completion of the first stage of its construction.
Also on Hope Island, the project targeted the growing demand for lifestyle living and move to downsize.
“We saw incredible response to the Palladium villas from the moment they hit the market. Our homes ticked all the right boxes for owner-occupiers seeking that luxury standard, waterfront lifestyle that connects them to a sense of community,” said Cheung.
The project included three- and four-bedroom villas on offer, with access to a waterfront boardwalk as a connection to local amenity and the nearby Hope Island Marina Shopping Centre.
Keylin has committed nearly $4 million to local Hope Island infrastructure, adding to council moves such as the $1.6 million upgrade of the neighbouring Sickle Park.
While other infrastructure additions to the area include the development of the Coomera Connector for better access to Brisbane and Broadbeach, as well as the Cross River Rail project.
Outside of Hope Island, Keylin was recently given the go ahead for its residential and hotel development at the former Energex headquarters in Spring Hill.
