A group of shareholders, 166 in total, have requested an Central Equity hold an Extraordinary General Meeting.
The shareholders represent approximately 4% of the company’s share capital and are represented by a private financial advisor, specialising in providing advice to veterinary, dental and medical practices.
The purported request relates to proposed resolutions in respect of executive director remuneration, which were brought up at the annual general meeting.
“The board will consider its position and, if required, respond in the required time frame,” Central Equity said.
