A MANAGEMENT consultancy firm has leased a refurbished office and retail property in Melbourne’s inner-eastern suburb of Hawthorn.
It will pay $38,00 per annum net over five years with a five-year option for two-level, 170 sqm premises at 160 Hawthorn Road.
The property has ground floor retail space and a first-floor office with new flooring, newly painted walls and ceilings, LED lighting, and six on-site car spaces.
Teska Carson’s Fergus Evans negotiated the deal on behalf of a Melbourne-based private investor.
Evans said the tenant was attracted to what was an extremely functional building in an exception position.
“The tenant was in the market for a location which was within easy reach of the CBD and which offered parking and public transport access at an affordable rental,” he said.
