CHARTER Hall has sold the Woolworths anchored Riverside shopping centre at Launceston, Tasmania for $6 million.
The property at 310 West Tamar Rd was sold to an undisclosed investor.
The single level property comprises 3,100 sqm retail centre and car parking for 185 car spaces on a land area of 11,500 sqm.
The sale price represents a yield of 9%.
