A COMMERCIAL 2-zoned Collingwood property with existing residential use has sold under the hammer for $1.085 million.
Beller Commercial’s Jeremy Gruzewski and Liam Rafferty sold the 108 sqm property at 109 Langridge Street, which they said was “ripe for multi-level redevelopment or as a land bank opportunity”.
“Demand for property in this precinct is at an all-time high due to the increased interest from commercial tenants, boutique businesses and its proximity to the CBD and major thoroughfares,” the agents said.
It is opposite the 1,056 sqm future site of the Tribe Hotel development at 60 Langridge Street, which Tribe acquired earlier this year from Peregrine Projects’ Joseph Chahin. The site was part of a 3,000 sqm landholding at 60-88 Langridge Street, which Chahin had acquired just a few months earlier for a reported $27 million.
